For this reason, we do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products. Please review the product description and requirements carefully before completing your purchase.

Payments for personalized reviews, customized materials, and other services are also nonrefundable once purchased. These services reserve time and may involve work prepared specifically for the customer.

Problems With Your Purchase

Although purchases are nonrefundable, we want you to receive what you paid for and be able to use it successfully. If you experience a legitimate problem with your order, please contact us so we can correct it.

Examples of problems we can help resolve include:

Software and Device Compatibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing any listed software, device, or account requirements before purchasing. We cannot guarantee that every digital product will work with every device, application, software version, or third-party platform.

We will make a reasonable effort to help troubleshoot compatibility problems, but incompatibility with an unsupported device, application, or software version does not qualify the purchase for a refund.

Duplicate Purchases or Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order or accidentally purchased the same product more than once, please contact us with the order information so we can review the transaction and correct any confirmed billing error.
